To start it is located across the street from Islands of Peace Park which is located on the Mississippi river. From Island of Peace park trails, you can connect with the Minneapolis bike trail system which includes the Grand Rounds National Scenic Byway. This apartment building is also one block from the NorthStar rail station, which is the last NorthStar station before downtown Minneapolis. Your commute will never be easier! We also have free off-street parking and on-site laundry for residents. We welcome cats and dogs to this building. We do insist on meeting your dog as we do not tolerate untrained animals. They cannot pose a threat to people or other animals.
