Although parking is not reserved for the apartments, the large parking lot in back never seems to be lacking a spot for tenants. Renter pays Gas and Electric, internet optional. Utilities are usually about $150 per month. High ceilings and a large entry closet are a convenience you don't get in this area often! The newly remodeled bathroom is an eye catcher. Auto locking security doors heading up to the units. Although we absolutely love animals in this area, this apartment will remain pet free. Staircase entries on both sides of building. (not handicap accessible) There are laundry options in the area. (not at the apartment's property) Income must be at least 3x rent and utilities total.
