Walking in from the two car garage you will find a bright living room with decorative fireplace and access to the large back deck. Kitchen overlooks like back yard and has a dishwasher. Walking down the hall on the main level you will find another living room and down the hall 2 bedrooms and an office room. The primary has a 3/4 bath, and there is a full bath in the hallway. Downstairs you have have another living space with walk out to the back yard, and a dedicated theatre room or bonus room. The 3rd bedroom has its own bath (sauna in video not working and is not going to be repaired) as well as a very large room that is split by a wall (see video) its a unique layout. Tenant is responsible for all utilities as well as lawn and snow care. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit.
