This home is currently occupied and we will be showing with approved applications only. Current video walk through and photos are also available on the Guardian Property Management website. We are looking for a 24 month lease to start with option to renew if desired. Walking into the home you will find a living room with hardwood floor and fireplace. The kitchen area has room for a small dining table and has an entry from the back yard. There is walk through room that can either be used as a 4th bedroom or dining space. Downstairs you have a family room, bedroom, and 3/4 bath. Laundry and storage are also in the basement. As a tenant you are responsible for all utilities, lawn, and snow removal.
