Remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 and a half baths. New flooring, paint, kitchen and deck. Located outside of downtown, close to the Vocational High School tennis and basketball courts. Short walk to the river though the woods and short distance to Stanley Park and Westfield State Collage. Utilities are electric. Separate washer and dryer in the basement and a fenced in yard that is shared. Rental contract is month to month, but I'm looking for longer term renters. 2 years plus would be great. Looking to have the unit rented before the end of August, possibly sooner. First, last and security.
