Adams Street Apartments provide Short or long term one-room studios: prices range between $1,175.00 to $1,800.00 (all depending upon the size of the studio) . A small studio can accommodate 1 person. Versus a mid-size, large, or extra-large studio can accommodate a maximum of two people. All studios include basic furnishings (bed, dresser, table, dining chairs), kitchenette and private bath in every unit. You may use your own furnishings if you prefer but price will remain the same. Rent includes heat, electricity and water. Internet access is available. An 11.7% tax will apply if your rental is only for 3 months or less. If you reside on the premises over 3 months, the tax does not apply. Building amenities include a large laundry room, vending machines, coin machine and indoor mailboxes.
