The apartment is the top two floors of a beautiful old two-family house that was renovated a few years ago. There are 5 bedrooms, but one is set up as a gym with an elliptical that is not moveable. There are also two full baths, one on each floor. One has a tub/shower, and one has a walk in shower with a beautiful quarts bench. Countertops are quarts, old wood floors are gorgeous with original custom inlays, and there’s an original fireplace that is now decorative. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment. We are three blocks from the bike path and Magoun green line T stop. 1 mile on the bike path to Davis, 1 mile to Porter, and 1 mile to Bow Market in Union Square.
