We are looking for a girl to take over my spot in this beautiful house. The house has a backyard, back porch, and indoor sunroom. Laundry is in the unit. Parking space is also available. The house has 4 bedrooms total ( 3 are for tenants and 1 is owner-occupied) and is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The house is close to Revere downtown and Revere beach is 5 mins away by car! Lots of restaurants and shops are within a mile of the house. You will share the second floor of the house with 2 other girls, who are in their early twenties and super friendly. Everyone has their private rooms. The bathroom is shared between 3 girls. The upper floor has its own living room. Owners live on the first floor and are extremely helpful and friendly. They both are working professionals in their late twenties - early thirties.
