The house is in a very safe, diverse area. Near Tufts University. The Fells is nearby for running, walking, and biking. No drug use, no smoking, no heavy alcohol consumption, partying, or loud music. You must maintain clean living conditions. Visitors are welcome; we do not accommodate live-in friends or long-term overnights. We have rented to working professionals, American, non-US citizens, graduate students, and undergraduate students for several years. Rent is paid monthly, with a 12-month term lease; 2.5 months' notice is required for renewals/terminations. We will perform a Credit/ Cori check. References, required from former Landlords and or your current employer. First month's and last month's rent, plus a half month's rent for a security deposit (no realtor fee), is required before move-in.
