Located in what MassLive recently called a “Destination City” is this spacious, renovated, 2 bedroom, 2nd floor, unfurnished, non-smoking apartment. The apartment features hardwood flooring throughout, new appliances, high ceilings, gas heat, off-street parking, and a seasonal mountain view. Are you a hiker, biker, foodie, or art lover? This apartment is located within walking distance of downtown restaurants, art studios, and the bike path. It is also conveniently located within minutes of Mt.Tom, I-90 and I-91, Northampton, UMASS Amherst, and Springfield. Rent is $1,700 per month. First months' rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent required at move in (total $3,400). Initial 12 month lease; renewing on a month-to-month basis (after 12 months). We provide trash removal, lawn maintenance, snow removal, and water/sewer. Tenant(s) will pay for heat, electric, cable, internet, and phone. Pets (SA's/ESA's with proper credentials allowed) and washing machines are not allowed. Although there are no onsite washer/dryer hookups, there are several laundry mats in Easthampton; with the nearest laundry mat located within walking distance of the apartment. Please also note that the bathroom has a shower stall; it does not have a bathtub. We are emailing/texting a virtual tour of the apartment to prospective tenants.
