Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $250 per pet cleaning fee, as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. This apartment is just steps to restaurants, shops, and public transportation (MBTA Green Line C, D & B trains) with easy commute to downtown Boston, Longwood Medical area & hospitals, Boston College, Boston University, St. Elizabeth’s and all of Boston’s tourist attractions. The apartment is located between Cleveland Circle and Washington Square which is on the Green C Line train. You also have the option of riding the Green D Line to and from Reservoir Station (a 4 minute walk from the apartment). There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee. Should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee.
