Front house will be responsible for most of the lawn care in back yard and will not have access to garage attached to back apartment. No pets. An application must be completed online before scheduling a showing. After viewing the home, if you would like to move forward with application processing, there is a $60.00 application fee per adult (18+) who will be living in the home.
