Health + Housing aims to improve residents' overall health with buildings constructed to FitWel Building Standards and convenient access to healthcare services. 1300 OCH at H3C has 100 one-, two- and three-bedroom units open to qualified candidates of all ages. Rents are income restricted and reserved for those making 60 % or less of the Area Median Income (AMI).
