Rent is $1,595 per month with a $1,500 security deposit. The deposit is due at lease signing, and rent is due at move-in. A minimum one-year lease is required. The minimum gross household income requirement, which is three times the monthly rent, is $4,785. This zero-entry, ground-floor-only duplex unit features luxury vinyl flooring throughout and an open-concept layout with combined living, dining, and kitchen areas. The kitchen features granite countertops and newer stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. A full bathroom is located off the hallway. The main bedroom includes a walk-in closet and a full en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a step-in shower. There is a separate laundry area with hookups available for a washer and dryer. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and trash service. Lawn care is provided. No smoking is permitted on the property, inside or out. This unit is not Section 8 approved, and we do not accept third-party financial assistance payments. There is a $45 application fee per person age 18 or older. Two pets are allowed with a one-time, non-refundable fee of $300.
