Application Requirements: There's a $45 application fee. We do a background check, rental history check, & income & employment verification. It usually takes about 48 to 72 hrs to get approval. The following are the items that we will look for, but they will not necessarily disqualify you. Applicants that are approved that do not meet all of the following qualifications may be required to pay a double security deposit. 1. Employment: continuous employment for the past 6 months 2.
