Each has solid surface counter tops in kitchen and baths, on-demand water heaters, sprinkler systems and security monitoring, ADA units are offered, subject to availability. 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units are offered subject to availability. Security Deposit equal to 1 month's rent plus 1st Month's Rent is Required to move in. Renter's Insurance is preferred or tenant will have to sign a Waiver releasing Ridley Tower of liability for their personal property. Ridley Tower is a NON SMOKING facility. We offer market rate apartments only. Each apartment is assigned 1 reserved parking space.
