Welcome to the brand new Macy Apartments located in downtown Kokomo. You are across the street from the local YMCA, across the street from the trolley station, walking distance to locally owned restaurants, shops, and a brewery. If you like the outdoors, the walking and biking trails are just around the corner. We currently have a couple Studios and 2 bedrooms available with multiple floor plans. Some of our two bedroom floor plans have 2 bathrooms. We do accept short term leases as well. All potential Tenants must fill out an application and get a background check. Each furnished unit will come with a 60” TV, TV stand, sofa, chair, or sectional depending on the layout and a washer/dryer. Each bedroom comes with a bed, dresser, nightstand and TV.
