Vesta Lofts is nestled in the vibrant South Loop area of Chicago. This charming and historical building has meticulously designed lofts that celebrate the rich heritage of the city. In unit washer/dryer along with a bike storage area and a small jym. Our rooftop deck sports sitting areas, hammocks, outdoor fire pit and grills for cooking out. Each unit has a utility package that ranges from $115 to $145 a month, depending on the unit. This includes partial heating/cooling, water, trash & WiFi. Tenants pay Electric & Cable. Electric is what runs the heating and cooling blowers. Pets welcome up to 2 cats or 1 dog - 45 lbs max. $250 pet fee and $15/mo pet rent. Off street gated parking is available and managed by Parqex and is approx $210 per month. $500 move in fee.
