There are cameras outside of the building recording during reservations. Tampering with these will result in a $500 fine. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. A security deposit of $500 will be required before check-in. No parties or events are allowed, with a $1,000 fine for violations. Guests are liable for any damage to the property.
