Guests are liable for any damage to the property and should report any damages noticed at check-in. Monitoring cameras are outside of the building and will be recording during reservations. There are no cameras inside the home. Maximum occupancy is as indicated in your booking details, and hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.
