We have cameras outside of the building, and tampering with these will result in a $500 fine. No parties or events are allowed, and a $1,000 fine will be imposed for violations. Guests are liable for any damage to the property. Report any damages noticed at check-in. A security deposit of $500 will be required before check-in.
