Please keep noise levels at a considerate level, especially during quiet hours, to maintain a peaceful environment. The maximum number of guests allowed in the apartment is as indicated in your booking details. Hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted. We have cameras outside of the building, and tampering with these will result in a $500 fine. No parties or events are allowed, and a $1,000 fine will be imposed for violations. Guests are liable for any damage to the property. Report any damages noticed at check-in. A security deposit of $500 will be required before check-in.
