The maximum number of guests allowed in the apartment is as indicated in your booking details, and hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted. Cameras are located outside of the building and will be recording during reservations. Tampering with these will result in a $500 fine. No parties or events are allowed, with a $1,000 fine for violations. Guests are liable for any damage to the property and should report any damages noticed at check-in.
