The CTA bus and train system provides convenient transportation to downtown and major attractions. The nearest station is just minutes away. Uber and Lyft are readily available for hassle-free travel around the city. Divvy bikes and electric scooters are a great way to explore the area and nearby attractions. O’Hare International Airport and Midway International Airport are both easily accessible by car or public transit. Located in a prime Chicago neighborhood, this area offers a blend of urban convenience and local charm. Just minutes from downtown, you’ll have easy access to some of the city’s most famous attractions, including McCormick Place, Soldier Field, Millennium Park, and Navy Pier. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, making it a perfect retreat after exploring the city. You'll find local cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby, while public transportation and major highways make it easy to get around. You can access the building through the main entrances. We ask that you be respectful of the home and community, you can have friends over but maintain noise and light discipline at all times. The home is not baby-proofed and hence may not be ideal for families with small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. Check-out time is 11 am unless otherwise approved. All guests must agree to the house rules before or during their stay as there are other tenants at the property. Absolutely no smoking, there's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons, firearms, drugs, or illegal sexual activity of any sort allowed. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be terminated immediately. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on our premises. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. Following multiple warnings, local law enforcement will ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest's expense. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. Smoking inside or outside on the patio, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors are present. Local guests must let us know at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay or reservation will be canceled. No exceptions, no refunds. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00. Unauthorized animal or pet fee is $250.00. Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine and/or eviction from the property.
