Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to you by the agreed-upon check out time, and failure to do so will result in a $500 late check out fee. Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence, and lost keys will incur a $200 per key fee. Failure to check-out at the agreed time causes considerable disruption in cleaning and guest arrival schedules, and in this case you will be charged for the cost of the disruption to the schedules, minimum of $500.
