The rent is $1345 a month along with a $1345 deposit (both due prior move in) and the unit includes: • First floor duplex (single story house – split into a front and back unit) • 2 bedrooms – master has 2 large closets and the other bedroom has its own large closet. • 1 full size front room (17 x 13) • 1 full size kitchen • 1 full size utility room (has washer and dryer hookups (electric and gas), utility sink, shelving, and room for storage) – for this unit only. • 2 entrances (front and back) • 1 full size bathroom (tub/shower combo) • 1 oversized hallway closet • Off street parking (1 car) (park directly in front of the unit on the driveway). This is a very convenient location. The Metra train station is across the street, Main Street (111th) is 1 block away (police department, post office, bus stops, stores, 2 parks and the Morgan Park high school are all within a 1-minute drive). Interstate 57 is a 2-minute drive away (Interstate 80 and 294, 90, 94 highways are only minutes away). There is 1 parking spot on the driveway for this unit (off the street parking). Additional driveway parking is available for an additional charge. The neighborhood is in good shape, quite, stable, and safe. I pay for the water, sewer and trash.
