Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited within the unit and the building, with a fine of $500 per occurrence. Pets are strictly prohibited, except for certified service animals, which must be notified prior to check-in. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM, and guests are asked to be considerate of neighbors. Non-registered occupants will be asked to vacate the property, and transient visitors must comply with the maximum occupancy limit and leave the premises by 10 PM.
