The first bedroom features a Queen bed, a large walk-in closet, an en-suite full bathroom, and a TV. The second bedroom includes a comfortable Queen bed with a big walk-in closet and a separate full bathroom in the hall. The living room is equipped with a premium Sonos Sound System and TV, along with blackout shades for relaxation. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end brands and offers free Nespresso coffee and tea. A rollaway bed is included, and a Pack and Play is available upon request. Parking is available at $100 per night, but spots are limited, so check availability when booking. Some amenities may vary seasonally and could potentially incur additional fees. Our standard time for check-in is 4:00 PM. For reservations made on the same day of arrival, the earliest possible check-in time is 6:00 PM. Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited on the premises and will result in the forfeiture of the full security deposit and any additional fines set by the condominium rules and regulations where the property is located, and termination of the stay without a refund. Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited within the unit and the building. Any violation will result in an immediate fine of USD$500 per occurrence and termination of the stay without a refund. Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises, with the exception of certified service animals, if you have a service animal, notify the host prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation by the Guests. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am, and guests are asked to be considerate of our neighbors. The entire 21st floor is dedicated to co-working with stunning lake and park views and bright natural light. It includes coworking lounges, conference rooms, boardrooms, video-conferencing booths, collaboration pods, and private offices. A Focus Lounge for quiet work overlooking the park and lake, print and scanning services, and premium coffee stations are also available. A laptop computer is not included.
