Fees are collected post-booking during the digital check-in process. Early check-in or late check-out is available subject to availability and a small fee through the digital guestbook. This is a smoke-free home with no smoking or vaping and no recreational drug use. Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees.
