Fish one 50-gal tank MAXIMUM considered as one for pet deposit F. NO SNAKES, IGUANAS, LIZARDS AND SUCH 2. A one-time $500.00 pet deposit per pet is required at the time of signing the lease. Any pet damage at the time of move-out will be mitigated proportionally out of the pet deposit(s). If little or minimal damage is found, as determined by management, most or all of the deposit(s) will be refunded.
