The apartment has a fantastic view of the whole southern part of the island, all the way to Diamond Head, probably the best view in the state. It can only accommodate a person living there, though visitors are welcome. Renters park in the driveway.` The apartments share an outside door downstairs which enters into a little vestibule and stairway. The owner, a single, still-quite-active 85-year-old man lives downstairs. He feels that the sight of male renters deters anyone from entering the property to do harm. The rental cost is $2000 a month. But electricity, water, cable TV, and cable internet are included in the cost, so the overall cost is really considerably less. Looking for a quiet person.
