Private owners! Rental Qualifications: Proof of income: Lease holders must collectively make 2x the monthly rent. This is gross pay before taxes are taken out. We will ask you to provide your two most recent pay stubs when you fill out our online application. Identification: A copy (front and back) of a driver's license for all adult occupants. References: One personal or business reference, and contact information for your previous rental owner for a rental verification. Occupant and Pet Disclosure: You'll need to disclose all occupants (adults and children) and any pets that will live in the home. Move-In Costs The total move-in cost will include at least one full month's rent plus the security deposit. The security deposit amount depends on your credit score. Minimum credit score we accept is 500. If, you have low credit, but you have the income, we can work with you! Security Deposit: The standard security deposit is equivalent to one month's rent. Lease with Confidence: We are real people looking to rent real property. I am willing to FaceTime you, and prove we own this property so that you feel comfortable. We have rental references too, people who rent in our other properties and are willing to speak highly on our behalf. Next Steps If you want to apply -- and hold this home to take it off the market from not allowing anyone else to rent it -- we will have you fill out an application. A $50 fee (per adult occupant) for a background and credit check is due with your application.
