Smart TVs are in every bedroom, and fresh bed and bath linens and blackout curtains ensure restful nights. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, and a welcome tray with snacks and Keurig K-Cups is provided. Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet per night for stays of 1-6 nights, $15 per pet per night for stays of 7-28 nights, and $10 per pet per night for stays of 29+ nights. For stays beyond 40 nights, a mid-stay clean is applicable, covering the replenishment of linens and toiletries. For stays over 60 nights, a Deep Clean replaces the standard checkout cleaning, providing a more thorough cleaning for long-term stays. Additional cleaning or inventory requests can be accommodated at an extra cost.
