Guests have access to free Wi-Fi and an onsite washer and dryer. An extra queen air mattress is available on site. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. If approved, small pets under 25 lbs are allowed with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay, with a maximum of two pets per stay. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is strictly at 10 am, with a penalty fee of half the night’s stay for late check-out. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited within 10 feet of the property, with a $250 cleaning charge for violations.
