Carpet is in each bedroom and LVP can be found throughout the main living areas. Estimated 1,500 sq. ft. Located just minutes from downtown Grovetown, Fort Gordon, the Amazon fulfillment center in Appling, I-20, and I-520 (Bobby Jones). Showings will begin April 21, 2026 with a tentative move-in availability date of April 24, 2026. RENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, UTILITY INFORMATION, and MORE: • Monthly Rent: $1,595.00 for a 12-month lease. • Security Deposit (SD): Generally $1,595.00; however, the SD may increase to up to double ($3,190.00). • Tenants pay all utilities (water, trash, power) • Tenants are responsible for landscaping back fenced yard (every 2 weeks). PET POLICY: • Up to 2 pets/animals maximum (accepted on a case-by-case basis). • There is a one-time pet fee that is $300.00. It is due with move-in costs and is nonrefundable. APPLICATION DETAILS & QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS • Credit score: 610 OR HIGHER (based on the credit service WE utilize for credit checks) • Minimum combined monthly income of $4,785.00 (3x the monthly rent) • Background check: Clean criminal history required • Rental History must be verified & approved as required per our screening criteria. • ALL applicants must be in good standing with current/previous landlords. No outstanding rent, mortgages, or fees and must have positive rental history. • No completed evictions completed or filed against you in the last five (5) years. • Work/income verification must be verified and approved as required per our screening criteria. • No unpaid utility bills (water, gas, sewer, electric, etc.) • NO RENTAL ASSISTANCE OF ANY FORM WILL BE ACCEPTED - THIS INCLUDES HOUSING VOUCHERS. • Utilities: Tenants are responsible for all utilities. This includes: water (Columbia County Utilities) and electric (GA Power) • The application fee is a nonrefundable $85 per person. • Each person 18 or older interested in living in the rental must submit a separate application with separate contact information (email/phone number) • ALL animals and pets are required to be listed on your original application.
