No outstanding rent, mortgages, or fees and must have positive rental history. • No completed evictions completed or filed against you in the last five (5) years. • Work/income verification must be verified and approved as required per our screening criteria. • No unpaid utility bills (water, gas, sewer, electric, etc.) • NO RENTAL ASSISTANCE OF ANY FORM WILL BE ACCEPTED - THIS INCLUDES HOUSING VOUCHERS. • Utilities: Tenants are responsible for all utilities.
