Beautiful 1940's 3 bed/1 bath, spacious home on corner lot with fenced yard, located less than a mile from MARTA and a quaint downtown! Washer/dryer included. Flat screen TV in living room. Kitchen includes fridge/freezer, gas stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. Brand new central heat and AC.
The house is located just under a mile (a 20-minute walk) from the nearest MARTA station and less than five miles from the Atlanta Airport (less than a 15 minute drive). Despite our close proximity to the airport, we are not under the flight path and don't get airplane noise. Removed from the big city craziness, but a close drive to everything Atlanta!
Tenant pays utilities and maintains yard. The City of East Point does monitor neighborhoods and will fine you if grass gets too tall.
Requirements (we thoroughly verify this information):
