Ashley Battleson is an Atlanta native with deep roots in the city’s real estate community. A graduate of Woodward Academy and Vanderbilt University, she was raised in a family of real estate brokers and agents, giving her early insight into the foundations of success in the business. Known for her market knowledge, professionalism, and strategic negotiation skills, Ashley delivers consistent results and a smooth experience for every client.
As co-founder of the Bayne Battleson Group at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, Ashley and her partner, Sam Bayne, lead one of Atlanta’s top-producing small teams—with more than $550 million in team sales since 2020 and over $1 billion in lifetime sales. Ashley works with buyers, sellers, builders, and investors throughout Buckhead, Chastain Park, Sandy Springs, Midtown, Brookhaven, and Vinings, offering trusted guidance across all price points and property types. Her deep understanding of Atlanta’s neighborhoods, combined with her technology-driven approach, provides clients with service and insight that set her apart.
Deeply involved in the community, Ashley has served for many years on committees in her neighborhood of Chastain Park and she is a lifelong member of Friends for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. She is also active with Peachtree Presbyterian Church, Cherokee Town & Country Club, and multiple animal rescue organizations.
