Our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condos have been beautifully renovated with tile and hardwood floors throughout. Unit 438 has an upgraded Kitchen with Granite counter tops and Washer/Dryer. The patio opens up to a courtyard area where you can sit and take your pets or children out to play. There is a community pool and pool house that is open during the summer for your enjoyment. Each unit comes with 2 assigned parking spaces for your convince. Heritage Square is located in the Normaltown area that has so much to offer the local community. You are within walking distance to several shops, eateries, and University Health Campus. Heritage Square is across the street from Bishop Park where there are Soccer Fields, Basketball Courts, Tennis Courts, Community Pool, Walking area, Baseball/Softball Fields, and a small Plays-cape area for children to run around and play. Athens Clarke County Bus line, UGA Bus line are within walking distances and Athens Clarke County Schools pick up at the entrance of the complex. Our Application process is a $25.00 (non-refundable) per person that is over the age of 18,this is payable by Money Order made out to FHP or by Credit Card with a 3% charge that equals .75 cents per application. Along with the completed application we will need a copy of a months worth of pay stubs (required to bring home 3 times the rent), a copy of your ID, a good rental reference that is NOT a friend or relative, we also check your criminal history and eviction history. You are more than welcome to come in our office or we can do the application over the phone. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
