Renter must establish utilities in their own name or pay Owner for utility bill monthly at the time of the next month's rent. Last month's rent paid with first month's rent. Max of 2 animals in the home, owner reserves right to deny animals if they are deemed destructive to the property. Duration of the lease will be from 3 months to 1 yr in length.
