Fairview Neighborhood

Fairview is a terrific Orlando neighborhood near Lake Fairview Park – a park that offers lush palm trees and rich wildlife. Lake Fairview is a large park in the heart of the Fairview neighborhood. The smaller Little Lake Fairview is in neighboring Fairview Shores. Fairview is pedestrian friendly and bicycle friendly, featuring sidewalks and bicycle paths. Valencia Community College is located nearby.

Popular beaches are about an hour away, and include Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach, and New Smyrna Beach. At the beaches, families can enjoy activities like parasailing, snorkeling, and jet boating. Water parks are nearby as well, including Typhoon Lagoon and Wet ‘n’ Wild. Disney World, Universal, Sea World, and Busch Gardens are a short drive away.

Dog parks such as Fleet Peeples Dog Park and Pawmosa Dog Park are approximately eight miles away. Fairview is about two miles away from the very popular Walt Disney World. ESPN’s Wide World of Sports is located in Disney, featuring various activities and events throughout the year.

Fairview residents can enjoy films at the Theater Downtown. The Country Club features both Mediterranean-style golf and an Orlando Opera Box Office. Ledesma Equestrian Center offers riding lessons to all levels of experience. A nearby landmark, The Casa Feliz Historic Home Museum, offers live music, a view of an authentically reconstructed Spanish farmhouse, and European antiques.
