The apartment includes two parking passes for the property, with additional visitor spots available. Please ensure parking passes are hung from the rear-view mirror to avoid towing. Lost or misplaced parking passes will result in a $350 fine. Three amenity passes are also provided for access to community amenities, with a fine of up to $200 for missing passes. Situated in a centralized community, residents enjoy easy access to the HART bus route and a variety of local dining and entertainment options. Self check-in and check-out are available for your convenience. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $350. The apartment is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No pets, smoking, or drugs are allowed on the property, and a maximum of eight guests is permitted. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Dispose of trash properly to avoid fines up to $200. Report any damages immediately. Violation of house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
