The apartment includes two parking passes for the property, with additional visitor spots available. Lost or misplaced parking passes will result in a $350 fine. You will also find three amenity passes in the kitchen, which allow access to community amenities and re-entry after 6 pm. A fine of up to $200 may apply if the pass goes missing. The apartment is just five minutes from the USF campus and half an hour from the beach. Whether it's time for work or play, you’ll have the best of the city at your fingertips. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The apartment is self-catering, with initial supplies provided but not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No pets, smoking, or drugs are allowed on the property. A maximum of eight guests is allowed, and the individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Lost amenity passes may result in a fine of up to $200. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, and trash must be disposed of properly to avoid fines.
