Early check-in at 2PM is available for $25 or at 12PM for $50, subject to approval. Late check-out at 12PM is available for $25, subject to approval. A fee of $100 applies for a missing keyfob. Pet weight limit is 35 lbs, and pitbulls are not allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment. An unregistered pet fee of $100 per pet will be charged, up to a maximum of $200. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violations are as follows: first, a complimentary warning; second, a $100 fine; and third, immediate eviction with no refund. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation.
