The apartment offers four queen bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. Enjoy the convenience of a free washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs, and a welcoming dining area. The community amenities include a clubhouse, lounge, fitness center, pool, beach volleyball court, walking and biking trail, and grill. The apartment accommodates a maximum of eight guests at any given time. Parking is available with two parking passes provided, and additional visitor spots are marked 'VISITOR'. Lost or misplaced parking passes will result in a $350 fine. Amenity passes are also provided for access to community amenities and must be returned to avoid a fine of up to $200. Residents enjoy a centralized community with access to the HART bus route and an abundance of local dining and entertainment options. The apartment is just five minutes from the USF campus and half an hour from the beach. Whether it's time for work or play, you’ll have the best of the city at your fingertips. Nearby attractions include Bowlero, Hungry Howie’s, and Naga Tea. Lettuce Lake Park offers gorgeous greenery, hiking trails, and spots for canoeing and fishing on the Hillsborough River. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. No pets, smoking, or drugs are allowed inside or outside the property. The number of vehicles should not exceed two per reservation, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Please respect the neighborhood and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Fireworks and firearms are not permitted on the property, and guests must follow additional guidelines posted within the home. A remote work-friendly environment is ensured with Wi-Fi access throughout the apartment. A laptop computer is not included, but the space is conducive to working from home.
