Early check-in is available for $25 at 2PM or $50 at 12PM, and late check-out is available for $25 at 12PM, all subject to approval. A $100 fee applies for a missing keyfob. Pet Rules: Pet weight limit is 35 lbs. No Pitbulls are allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment. Unregistered pet fee: $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation: First, a complimentary warning; second, a $100 fine; third, immediate eviction with no refund. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly. Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage, and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot.
