Early check-in at 2PM or 12PM and late check-out at 12PM are available, subject to approval, for a fee of $25 or $50, respectively. A $100 fee applies for a missing keyfob. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). Pets must weigh less than 35 lbs and must be housetrained and not left alone in the apartment. Pitbulls are not allowed. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation include a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third.
