Early check-in at 2PM or 12PM and late check-out at 12PM are available, subject to approval, for a fee of $25 or $50, respectively. A missing keyfob will incur a $100 fee. Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). The pet weight limit is 35 lbs, and no pitbulls are allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment. An unregistered pet fee of $100 per pet will be charged. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation include a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third.
