Centrally located, nearby mom-and-pop restaurants provide charming dining options. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm EST and checkout times are 11 am EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry.
