Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violations are as follows: first, a complimentary warning; second, a $100 fine; and third, immediate eviction with no refund.
