Any evidence of pet damage or feces will incur a penalty of up to $400. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal with no refund and a penalty of $400. Located in the heart of South Tampa, The Royále is just a short walk to Palma Ceia Golf Club and minutes from Bayshore Blvd, Soho, Hyde Park, and Downtown Tampa. Check-in is at 4PM EST and checkout is at 11AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a penalty of $35 for every 30 minutes, rounded up. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside the property, with a penalty of $500 for violations and immediate removal without refund. Parties or gatherings are not allowed, with a maximum occupancy of 5 people. Unauthorized parties will result in immediate removal with no refund and a penalty of $500. Guests must be at least 25 years old to check-in. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations, and no refunds will be issued for such disturbances.
