Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and guests must notify 24 hours in advance if checking in after 6 PM. Background screening is required for every adult (age 18+), and guests must complete screening forms 48 hours prior to check-in. Two occupants are allowed per bedroom, and an occupant is considered anyone over the age of 3. Maintenance follows a service route each day and cannot be scheduled, except for tasks exceeding 2 hours. Technicians will not enter the property if there is a loose dog, so pets must be put away in a crate or alternative room or bedroom.
