Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas, but not inside the apartment. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM to 7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM to 8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation include a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation is allowed. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. A $100 fee will be charged for a missing keyfob. Pet weight limit is 35 lbs and no pitbulls are allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. An unregistered pet fee of $100 per pet will be charged, up to $200. You must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage (not in the sink disposal), and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot. Amenities outside of the apartment (e.g. gym) are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance outside of our control. Maintenance does not warrant a refund.
